Form catagories:

# Helpers: How many any in your group total will be assisting. Indication shirts for them, too.

Shirt Size: In the blank, indicate the # and size to match the number of people in your group that are actually volunteering. Use letters and numbers. For example, "1 M, 1 XXL".

Transport: This means you are willing to pick up and pack your car the day before the event with supplies from my garage and arrive at least an hour early the day of event to help set up. Note that there will be Career Center students there to  carry the supplies to and from your car. After the event, you will help take down and return the supplies to my garage.

Car: Indicate the type of car you have if you are helping to transport supplies.
Type "N/A", if not.

Supervise: Having attended before and being given a table setup and sign placement map, you would be willing to help oversee the set-up.Note that volunteers will already have their own task cards with clear directions on them.

Signs up: Given the addresses of the loactions of the yard signs, you would post the yard signs in early August that you pick up from me.

Signs down: Given the addresses of the loactions of the yard signs, you would pick up the signs and dismantle them from their stakes and return them to me 1-2 days after the event.
